Overall I have had a flawless experience using this software.
The authentication and signature features are most important for my business and I use then frequently without any issues.

Easy and convenient
I usually use free apps because they're free, but this program is worth the money. I do a LOT of paperwork on the daily, so this makes life much easier.

The ease of use, the verification of signature and the compatibility on all types of documents

The cost...yearly is pricey considering there are programs that you pay more upfront but it’s a one time fee
