Thought it was too expensive and did not see the 70% discount for paying annually instead of monthly and do want that discount and as such a large partial refund of the $120 we were charged

Great for what I needed it for
Needed to complete nursery registration forms for my daughters (which were emailed to me in PDF format), but have no access to a printer, so really appreciate software like this! Was quickly able to complete, and then email back to the nursery.If you are someone who regular needs to complete PDF's online, then you would really benefit from this.Was slightly confusing to begin with, but quickly got my head around it.

Great way to fill out forms and make your own fillable master form.
I have had a hard time figuring out how to easily share and send the form you want and the notifications when you receive it back. Wish I could save the docket in my own files

It' easy to use, few and useful settings that can really help fix a mistake or even save the document in a different way
I couldn't find the go back tool for a minute but it's actually pretty simple and helpful
Fantastic customer service
For some reason I needed this and only once. I got the free trial and then forgot all about it until $115.00 was collected from my account, shock horror. All I can say is you have fantastic customer service, I explained my situation and a refund was issued that same day. Both friendly and speedy. Ace by name and by character, much appreciated. 1 star deducted as I would have liked a reminder email when the free trial was coming to an end.
VA Documentation and Form filling.
I had some VA documents and forms i needed to type out and no way to fill them in online. pdfFiller to the rescue! I was able to easily fill out the required information and to have them submitted. I may be helping as a Veteran Services Officer here in Panama, and this will come in handy as I help veterans get their submissions in that is readable and neat. Took me a minute to get the hang of it... after that no problem. Not sure if there is a tutorial for typing in text and moving the text where you need it...
Easy to execute the changes needed…
Easy to execute the changes needed without much instruction. Saving in the pdf filler on One Drive was slow (undoubtedly Microsoft's problem).
