The user interface is a bit clunky, but I highlyAppreciate being able to edit and modify simple legal documents in one visit. No long delays waiting on preparation!
The forms are very easy to fill out. I was unable to comments in a few places where I ran out of room for heirs and needed to include a comment to refer to an additional page.
I had trouble with saving files but I figured it out. The program comes with alot of different features and a webinar to see how it all works would be great.

I love that they are there to help and support you in times of need. Kara was a great help to me today and was able to fix my problem expeditiously.
Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.
