The software in simple & I love it: however the video for how to: tells you what the form is used for; not how your software works. (I think that people already know what the 1099 int is used for)
needed to print out applications, employment verifications and a background questionaiire that required it be typed, printed out and sent via US mail. Most online PDF's will not supply editing capabilities. Thanks PDFillier!
Nothing Particular other than finding out the particular IRS forms I expected to print from the IRS wasn't acceptable to download and print, and I had to purchase them when you advertise free IRS forms.
Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). Very easy to use, being an assistant and constantly filling out reports for the State, it is nice to have something that works so easily and is consistent in its responses.
