Worked well. Had trouble centering business name on top of each form. I created form for friend. Need to know how he can access it from his computer.
Good less expensive alternative to some of the competition
Overall, I have been satisfied with PDFfiller
The software works just like advertised. I love that it is super reliable to work when I need it.
The user interface was slightly challenging to get used to but after that, it has been nice.

Very easy to use! Updating documents quickly is really helpful and saves me time in my practice. It's great to have the app in case I am not in my office when a change is needed.
There are a few glitches. For example, in order to save a document you have to remember to duplicate it. The emailing feature can be glitchy at times.
I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.

I signed up for a trial and forgot that the annual subscription kicked in a month later. Subsequently, I realised that I have no use for the service/product. PDFfiller was kind and understanding. They responded almost immediately and refunded me without hesitation.
This company is the best, I have been using it since 2012 and love it, so easy to use, saves me so much time when filling out documents and everyone is super friendly with amazing costumer service!!!
