I had a hard time finding the correct form, but sent a help message and the support team sent immediately a site to find the correct form. I was blown away the speed of the help I received, amazing.
The App is clunky and not easy to use and annoyed that when trying to combine different documents have to upgrade to the next level.
So overall good product on laptop, poor app and disappointing capabilities v price.
Great application for getting forms filled out quickly and efficiently. Love the feature of being able to mail directly from the application and have used that several times.

I can't think of anything that I don't like about PDFfiller!

I had the wrong EIN number on a 1099-misc.and it kept rejecting it until I got it corrected which made me frustrated until I saw it was an error in the EIN given to me and then I was glad that I used the service to correct the error.

There are few issues while importing already filled up PDF files. I would recommend to import the empty form and start filling.
