Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.
This software is much better than any other our company has tried. We became frustrated with our previous form filling software and therefore decided to try PDFfiller. So far, it is working great!
Fantastic customer service
For some reason I needed this and only once. I got the free trial and then forgot all about it until $115.00 was collected from my account, shock horror. All I can say is you have fantastic customer service, I explained my situation and a refund was issued that same day. Both friendly and speedy. Ace by name and by character, much appreciated. 1 star deducted as I would have liked a reminder email when the free trial was coming to an end.
If you ever happen to chat with Support for a technical issue --- Hope you get ****.**** worked with me for nearly and hour trying to figure out why my form got skewed.I shared out my screen with him -- he diligently and carefully figured out the problem and got it fixed.Saved the day!Kudos to ****!!

I wanted to merge multiple PDFs to make a unique Journal. but BOOK BOLT didn't have that feature, I was disappointed.. Then I was watching a YouTube video and it mentioned this PDF editor.. I have created my unique Journal and I am ready to sell it on Amazon... Thank you so much. This is a money making software. Hats off to you ALL!!! Peace, Power and Success. First-class customer service! I wanted to try out the free trial version but ended signing up for an annual subscription. I contacted the customer service about this error, and they gave me the refund immediately.
