Great product but some features were clunky for me during the trial period...specifically send to sign. Hoping for smoother usage with the purchased professional version & after attending the training webina
I wish I knew how to use it better, I need to send it to my car insurance company and I don't know how to send it effectively. I am interested in learning more.
It worked great in a pinch, but given the cost and how often you may or may not need something like this, I wonder if it'd be cheaper to buy a program to use rather than to keep this going on a monthly basis. I think it really depends on your individual needs. Though, when I needed something typed and there was no fillable version, this site was a lifesaver!
With this site I can get any and all my paper work done in the manner that I wish to have done.
Typing out my paperwork in the correct format. Always there when I need it done. Able to use it anywhere.
It's ease of use,it's ability to take on tasks that I need done,the customer service is always there with answers to questions that I need answered. All the different jobs this site can achieve. I can not get along with out this site. Thank You for being there for us.
Easy to navigate
Easy to navigate. I didn't have cash to send correspondence to the IRS. This is a great tool for sure. It's more difficult submitting a review though, just saying. Your date feature sucks.
What do you like best?
The ability to upload documents as templates, to work on completed documents, whether changing page order or add/modify information.
What do you dislike?
I find it challenging to change fonts and text color. I'm not even sure it's possible.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
