How to Use the Blueprint Transcript Feature in pdfFiller

The Blueprint Transcript feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily create a transcript of your document. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to create a transcript for in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Blueprint Transcript' option in the toolbar.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. This sidebar contains all the tools you need to create a transcript.

Start by selecting the text you want to include in the transcript. You can do this by clicking and dragging your cursor over the text.

Once you have selected the text, click on the 'Add to Transcript' button in the sidebar. The selected text will be added to the transcript.

Repeat steps 4 and 5 for all the text you want to include in the transcript.

You can rearrange the order of the text in the transcript by dragging and dropping the entries in the sidebar.

If you want to remove a text entry from the transcript, simply click on the 'Remove' button next to the entry in the sidebar.

Once you have finished creating the transcript, click on the 'Save' button in the sidebar to save the transcript as a separate document.

You can also download the transcript as a PDF file by clicking on the 'Download' button in the sidebar.

It appears to be a good program and I intend to use it in my business and practice. One of the problems that I see is that there should be clearer explanations for some of the fields.

It worked great in a pinch, but given the cost and how often you may or may not need something like this, I wonder if it'd be cheaper to buy a program to use rather than to keep this going on a monthly basis. I think it really depends on your individual needs. Though, when I needed something typed and there was no fillable version, this site was a lifesaver!
