Brand Email Resolution: full-featured PDF editor

When moving your document management online, it's important to get the PDF editor that meets your requirements.

The most widely used document formats can be easily converted into PDF. You can also make just one PDF file to replace multiple documents of different formats. The Portable Document Format is perfect for comprehensive presentations and reports.

Though numerous online solutions provide PDF editing features, only a few of them allow adding e-signatures, collaborating with other users etc.

Use pdfFiller to annotate documents, edit and convert them to other file formats; fill them out and add an e-signature, or send out to others. All you need is a web browser. You don’t have to install any applications.

Create a document yourself or upload an existing one using the following methods:

01
Drag and drop a document from your device.
02
Open the Enter URL tab and insert the path to your sample.
03
Get the form you need in our template library using the search field.
04
Upload a document from a cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, One Drive and others).
05
Browse the Legal library.

Once you uploaded the document, it’s saved in the cloud and can be found in the “My Documents” folder.

Use powerful editing tools such as typing text, annotating, blacking out and highlighting. Change a page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud. Ask other users to complete the fields and request an attachment. Add images into your PDF and edit its appearance. Add fillable fields and send for signing.

A tool to get by, but far from perfect If you can't find any other tools to fill in PDF, or if you don't want to research into other advanced tools, this is OK. It can get your work done, but you will sometimes be frustrated. With this tool, I can fill in PDF which are not fillable by default. It saves me the trouble printing it out, filling it by hand and scanning it. It's easy to use and very straightforward. It's costly, taking into account of what it can offer. Sometimes it's difficult to save the file, and I have to save as another file even if I write only a few words.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Image specifications for email Image size: Header graphics should be between 600-700 pixels wide, with a proportional height (a general guideline is 100-200 pixels). For images within your mailing's content, we recommend 480 × 480 pixels or smaller.
In general, if you are e-mailing the pictures to friends who will view them on a computer screen, you will want to send them pictures in the JPEG format at 640 × 480 pixels. If you are printing the pictures, you need about 150 pixels per inch of print size.
If the image is digital (which all images are when they are on a computer), you can't lose quality just by sending through e-mail (a digital medium). You can copy a digital file as many times as you'd like, and you won't lose quality.
Click on the photo you want to send; then click “Tools” and choose “Options” as shown above. Then you will get a menu that looks like this: Under the email tab, set the default size to “original size.” Click on the “Email” tab and choose “original size” in the “size for single pictures” option.
The smaller the pixel dimensions of an image, the smaller the file size will be. When sharing photos online, 1200 by 800 pixels is a good average size to go with. If you wish to reduce file size even further, reduce your images down to 800 by 600 or even 640 by 480.
Locate the picture you wish to resize. Right-click the picture, point to “Send to” and select “Mail Recipient.” Click the “Picture Size” drop-down menu and select your preferred resolution. Selecting “Small: 640 × 480” minimizes the file and resolution sizes.

The standard HTML email template size for width is 600 pixels for desktops as well as 320px for vertical and 480px for horizontal view on mobile devices. The height is unlimited and depends on the content length. That's all!
