How to Use the Conform Comment Letter Feature in pdfFiller

The Conform Comment Letter feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily create and customize comment letters for your documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Access the Conform Comment Letter feature by logging into your pdfFiller account and opening the document you want to work with.

Click on the 'Comments' tab located on the left side of the screen.

In the 'Comments' tab, you will find the 'Conform Comment Letter' option. Click on it to open the Conform Comment Letter editor.

The Conform Comment Letter editor will open in a new window. Here, you can customize the content of your comment letter by adding text, images, and even your company logo.

Use the toolbar at the top of the editor to format your text, change font styles, and add bullet points or numbered lists.

To add dynamic fields to your comment letter, such as the recipient's name or document information, click on the 'Dynamic Fields' button in the toolbar. Select the desired field from the dropdown menu and it will be inserted into your letter.

Once you have finished customizing your comment letter, click on the 'Save' button to save your changes.

You can preview your comment letter by clicking on the 'Preview' button. This will show you how the letter will appear when sent to the recipient.

If you are satisfied with the preview, click on the 'Apply' button to apply the comment letter to your document.

The comment letter will be added as a new page to your document. You can move it to the desired location by dragging and dropping it within the document.

Finally, save your document by clicking on the 'Save' button in the top right corner of the screen.
