If you mean that you want to get rid of the fields and replace them with plain text that represents the result of the field, then the easiest method is to select the entire document (Ctrl+A) and then press Ctrl+Shift+F9 to “unlink” the fields.
In the Navigation Pane, right-click the table, and then click Design View. In the table design grid, select the field that you want to delete, and then press DEL.
To delete a field (column), click on the menu icon in the column header of the field you'd like to remove. Select the “Delete” option.
In RCMP, right-click the shape file layer in the table of contents and click Open Attribute Table. Right-click the field heading in the table and click Delete Field. Click Yes in the warning window.

Right-click the table or layer in the table of contents and choose Open Attribute Table. Right-click the field header in the table window of the field you want to delete and click Delete Field. Click Yes to confirm the deletion. Deleting a field cannot be undone.
