Well I paid for the year then could not access a file I did the same day. Then I sent my accountant a file via attachment since he says "not technical" & could not open it in pdfiller file, so I sent as attachment so he could complete but he could not so he wrote it in now I have to complete it & paying him the same.

Can a credible witness can be named in the signer's document?
California allows Notaries to identify the signer through one or two credible identifying witnesses under certain situations. A credible witness is an individual who personally knows the signer and can vouch for the signer's identity to the Notary.
Does the notary have to personally know the credible witness?
All states that allow the notary to use one credible witness have the requirement that the credible witness must personally know the (signer) of the document, and the notary must personally know the credible witness.
What are the responsibilities of a credible witness?
If you personally know a credible identifying witness you may also know that the witness also knows the signer. Your only duty is to properly administer the oath or affirmation compelling the witness to swear or affirm that he or she knows the signer.
What is a credible witness for notary?
A credible identifying witness is an individual who knows and can verify the identity of a signer. The witness appears at the time of the notarization and takes an oath or affirmation before the Notary that the signer is who they claim to be but lacks other forms of ID.

What is the definition of a signature witnessing?
Signature witnessing means a notarial act in which an individual: (a) appears in person before a notary and presents a document; (b) provides the notary satisfactory evidence of the individual's identity, or is personally known to.
Can anyone witness a signature?
Generally, the person you choose to witness a document should have no financial or other interest in an agreement. A neutral third party is someone not related to either party and who does not benefit from the document. A witness does not have to read the document, but they must be present when it is signed.
Are you allowed to notarize documents for family members?
So if you need a document notarized in California, it's possible to contact your family member. A notary public may not notarize a signature on a document if the person whose signature is to be notarized is the spouse, son, daughter, mother, or father of the notary public.
Can I notarize a document without the person present?
It is not legal. If a document is notarized without the person signing it being present, the notarization is invalid. Both the person in whose name the document is being notarized and the notary could face all kinds of legal problems, both civil and criminal.
Can you notarize for family in Oklahoma?
Mobile notaries OK Care not allowed by law to notarize documents for their family members. Notarizing documents from family members or where a mobile notary OK stands to profit is not necessarily illegal and unethical, but it may draw some items the Oklahoma City notary public has just notarized into question.
Is it legal to notarize something for a family member?
In California, a notary public is not prohibited from notarizing for relatives or others, unless doing so would provide a direct financial or beneficial interest to the notary public. So if you need a document notarized in California, it's possible to contact your family member.
Can you notarize for a family member in New York?

Can you notarize your own signature?
The short answer is no, a notary public cannot legally notarize his or her own document. They verify the signer's identity, watch as the signer signs the document, and lastly the notary places his or her official seal on the document (note: some states do not require seals).
Can I notarize my wife's signature?
A notary public who has a direct or indirect financial (or other beneficial) interest in a document may not notarize such a document. The better practice is not to notarize for a spouse or family member in order to preserve the integrity of the notarization and to prevent a challenge to the notarization.
