Select Contact Info and enter an email address or phone number associated with your account. Confirm that you're not a robot. Next, Confirm Your Account by selecting the information associated with your account. Then Verify Your Identity. Enter the verification code on the next screen.
On the Spectrum.net homepage, select Forgot Username or Password? Located under the Sign-In button. Select an option on the next screen.
To retrieve your Spectrum username: Spectrum.net homepage Sign-in area. Confirm Your Account screen.
