At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list. This rep was extremely patient and nice, and did all she could to help me. I'm very happy I spoke with her.

I mainly use it to edit papers for my teaching position; it's been very useful to not alter the original format while adding my view point freely on the document.

Why do notebooks and pads of paper have blue lines? The obvious answer would be: so it'd be easier to write stuff down / organize the rows of writing / read scribbles.
Ruled paper (or lined paper) is writing paper printed with lines as a guide for handwriting. The lines are often printed with fine width and in light color and such paper is sometimes called feint-ruled paper.

Paper that's printed with evenly-spaced horizontal lines across its surface is called ruled paper. ... The first of these is called wide ruled paper, which comes with large gaps between the individual lines.
Since wide-ruled paper has fewer lines than college-ruled paper, you use it up faster and waste more paper. Whether it's for school or for work, we have the tendency to write bigger and go through paper faster if the lines are larger. Therefore, make sure you buy college-ruled notebooks because they will last longer.
Wide, or legal, ruled paper features a larger 11/32” space between horizontal lines on a sheet. Typically, wide ruled paper is preferred by users with larger handwriting, as well as in schools with younger children. Both college, or medium, and narrow ruled paper have a smaller space between lines.
How many lines on the college ruled paper? Medium ruled (or College ruled) paper has 9/32 in (7.1 mm) spacing between horizontal lines, with a vertical margin drawn about 1-1/4 in (31.75 mm) from the left-hand edge of the page. Its use is very common in the United States. This comes to about 33 lines.
