Choose Tools > Text Tool. Choose Notes > Text Note. Drag in the document until the note is located where you want and has the size you want. To enter text, double-click the note.
Choose the Add Text Comment tool from the Comment toolbar. Click on the page to place the cursor. To change the text formatting, click the Text Properties icon in the Comment toolbar, and select the text, and then select the property you want in the toolbar.
Open a document that has comments. If the comments option doesn't show immediately, go to Review > Show Markup, and select only Comments from the list. Click File > Print. Under Settings, select Print Markup. Click Print. Your document will print with comments.
