This is an easy software to use. The first time I didn't realize it was a "for fee" product. I am glad I stuck with it and paid to use it. I am just signed up for the month and my husband and I are filling out job applications. It is really convenient!

Does everything a PDF editor should, except when a signature placement is required. The signature is squeezed into a field that miniaturizes the graphic.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
A: License numbers cannot be transferred from one corporation to another. When a new entity is formed you are required to obtain a new contractors license number for that entity.
The catch is that in most cases contracting licenses don't transfer from one state to another. If you want to work in a state that has a reciprocity agreement with your own, your options for landing the job are better.
The reciprocity agreements allow contractors licensed in certain states to obtain a license in another state without having to take the state trade exam. ... This means you cannot obtain a license by reciprocity then turn around and get reciprocity into another state using that license.
If the contractor is licensed in another state, but not the one where the work is to be done, that's no protection. Some states do have reciprocal agreements, where a contractor with a license in one state can be “fast tracked” to get a license in another. Until he goes through that process, don't do business with him.
To obtain a license, the company must register with the government taxing authorities. Whereas the business license allows the company to engage in business, it does not necessarily certify that the individual is licensed to perform a trade as required by the State.
Instead, general contractors receive licensure on the city or county level. Some specialty workers, like electricians and plumbers, do need a state-level license. Contractors must obtain a business license, but not every pro needs a contractor's license.
Request that the person you are adding to your license take the exams that are required by your state's contractor licensing board. The licensing board can provide information on the exam process. ... In some cases, the person you are adding may be able to obtain a waiver instead of taking the exams.
Another man said he was working “under” somebody else's license. That's illegal. Only bona fide employees are allowed to work under the umbrella of a licensed contractor. ... The contractor must be licensed in the state where the work is to be done.
Being an unlicensed contractor in California can be a felony offense if the contractor used someone else's license when they bid or worked on a job. Any attempt by an unlicensed contractor to falsely represent in any way that they are licensed will be charged as a felony.
You can change your LLC's address with the Internal Revenue Service by filing Form 8822-B, Change of Address or Responsible Party Business. Visit your state and local taxation department websites to find out how to change your business address in states and localities where you pay taxes.
