its been really difficult for me to use this progrsm but it does work once i get the hang of it. i think it needs to have a few more features that it might actually have i just cant find how to do it

How do I get the File Edit View toolbar back?

Press the Alt key to show the menu bar temporarily. Click View (A), and select Toolbars from the drop-down menu that appears (B).

How do I inside the menu bar?

Press the F10 key if the command bar is hidden. This will restore access to the View command, which gives you the ability to inside any third-party toolbars. Click View and then click Toolbars. Click to place a checkmark next to the toolbar you want to inside.
