Mostly good - had a little difficulty when the app decided I could only answer 1 category when I needed to respond to all 5 subcategories of a question. Also, messed with the date - it changed to a different format.

How do I add custom paper size to my HP printer?
Load the custom-size paper into the paper input tray. Open the item you want to print. Click File, and then click Print. In the Print window, click Preferences, Properties, or Printer Properties. Click the Paper/Quality tab, and then click Custom.

How do I change the picture size on my HP printer?
Open the item you want to print, tap the menu icon, and then tap Print. A print preview screen displays. On the print preview screen, tap the down arrow to select a printer. Tap the down arrow to open the print settings' menu, and then tap the down arrow under Paper size to view the options.
What is custom paper size?
Under Paper Options, select Custom and enter the appropriate width and height. Be sure to set your width smaller than your length. Give the new page size a unique and descriptive name, such as '24×36 or 'Custom A size'.
