Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Select Invite settings to add CC recipients and set up the completion settings.
Click Send invite to send your document or Save invite to save it for future use.

How to Use the Serial Signature Routing Feature in pdfFiller

The Serial Signature Routing feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily send documents for signature to multiple recipients in a specific order. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Upload your document to pdfFiller. If you don't have a document yet, you can create one using the pdfFiller editor.

Click on the 'Signature' button in the toolbar.

Select the 'Serial Signature Routing' option from the drop-down menu.

Add recipients by entering their email addresses. You can add as many recipients as needed.

Arrange the order of recipients by dragging and dropping their names in the desired sequence.

Customize the signing order by clicking on the 'Settings' icon next to each recipient's name. You can set a specific signing order or allow recipients to sign simultaneously.

Optionally, you can add a message to the recipients in the 'Message' field.

Click on the 'Send' button to send the document for signature.

Each recipient will receive an email notification with a link to sign the document. They will be able to sign the document in the order specified.

Once all recipients have signed the document, you will receive a notification and the signed document will be available in your pdfFiller account.
