It is impossible of find the document I am seeking and all I am getting is a WASTE OF MY TIME!!! The website is incredibly difficult to navigate!!!!! I don't think I am getting much value for the money I spent to print just one document!!! Upload a PDF file to which you want to add a watermark: use the drag and drop mechanism or hit the “Add file” button. Enter the text of the watermark or upload an image. Select the opacity and position of the watermark on the document's pages, click the “Add watermark” button, and download your new PDF.
Simply go to its official page, look for PDF to Word function and click it. Select the PDF file and drag to upload it. Once done, you will see a thumbnail. Afterwards, open the Word doc file by using Microsoft Word, and delete the watermarks you want to remove manually.
On the Design tab, select Watermark. In the Insert Watermark dialog, select Text and either type your own watermark text or select one, like DRAFT, from the list. Then, customize the watermark by setting the font, layout, size, colors, and orientation. Select OK.
Click on Page Layout tab. In the ribbon, click on Watermark. A vertical scroll list of six watermarks will appear with a set of menu options below. From the menu options, select Custom Watermark.
Go to the Page Layout tab. Click the Watermark button in the Page Background group. Select Custom Watermark (at the bottom of the shortcut menu). Select the Text watermark option. Change the Text field to DRAFT. Click OK.

Open a single PDF, or select one or more component PDFs in a PDF Portfolio. Then choose Tools > Edit PDF > Watermark > Remove. To remove watermarks from multiple PDFs, close any open PDFs and choose Tools > Edit PDF > Watermark > Remove.
