Sometimes its a little difficult to navigate around especially for making an application, but once its set it up it works well. Ive noticed 2nd pages are difficult for customers to see and fill out. Wish there was something that would prompt them to go to it.

The forms are very easy to access and to use. The ability to have access to such a variety of forms especially IRS forms. This would be a facilitate faster communication of information as opposed to finding out how to merge the documents and then fax the complete file. All in all, I like the platform.
