With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. What do you like best?
PDFFILLER has been one of the best platforms I’ve used in client document transmission. The price is unmatched for the services available and the HIPAA compliance seals the deal.

The only downside is how long some forms such as registration can take to complete when adding in the initial fillable fields.

Many of my clients are throughout the country, so the ease of securely transmitting documents while maintaining HIPAA compliance is the best problem solved. I recently discovered the ability to have documents faxed digitally through the services and it’s cut down on my physical paperwork.

So helpful. I can fill out the form instead of scanning, printing, filling out, and then scanning again so that I can send it back. I did try other programs... this one is by far the very best.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

Who pays the deed transfer tax?
Who Pays Transfer Taxes: Buyer or Seller? Depending on the location of the property, the transfer tax can be paid either by the buyer or seller. The two parties must determine which side will cover the cost of the transfer tax as part of the negotiation around the sale.
Does buyer or seller pay transfer tax?
The realty transfer tax is a joint and several taces in that all parties to the transaction (seller and buyer) are responsible for the payment of the tax. The tax rate is one percent for the state and one percent for the local portion, however, larger localities charge a higher local rate.

Buyer closing costs are what the buyer is responsible for paying other than the purchase price of the property. Transfer Taxes: 0 percent to 2 percent. Who pays NYS transfer tax buyer or seller?
In New York, the seller of the property is typically the individual responsible for paying the real estate transfer tax. However, if the seller doesn't pay or is exempt from the tax, the buyer must pay.
Who pays HOA transfer fees buyer or seller?
HOA transfer fees are typically $500 or less and are almost always paid by the seller.
Who pays the HOA transfer fee at closing?
