So far, this product is meeting our needs better than competing products at a fraction of the cost. The biggest downside is that most of our forms are already fillable PDFs and your product does not recognize any of the fields set up, and will also not detect fields the way that Adobe Acrobat does.

I'M disabled, and confined to a wheelchair. I'm not able to get out, and look for a place that will agree to fax things. I have arthritis real bad, and it is painful to hold a pen, and fill things out. The ability to do all of this for my nurses, and care-provider's, with PDF filler online is a true blessing. I recommend trying this product out. PDF forms are easily filled out for a clean, professional appearance.
Just like using any new software, learning how it operates can be frustrating but with help and tutorials becomes easily used.

It was a little slow at the beginning…
It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. Thank you for todays agent.

I find that using your program is easy to navigate and looks professional when completed.
I find that using your program is rather easy to navigate. The only issue that I have had is when I try to print a document, there have been quite a few times that it will download to 63% and then gets stuck there. I have to close the document and try again....sometimes several times until I can print it. Besides that, it has been great!
