I like the program It is not too complicated. The monthly fee is a bit too high I am not certain that I will be able to keep it past the free trial period. $20 per month is way off the mark; unless you have lots of cash flow. Just seems like $6-$8 per month would be more in line with the value of the product.

A wonderful tool for small business
Filling and sending forms is extremely easy, other people can sign into the account and use it.
It makes filling out forms a breeze, no more handwriting. It's very simple to use, allows good organization and many ways of printing or sending the completed form.
The E-Signature is a bit funny but that's my only complaint.

Was not sure about the monthly versus the yearly and almost paid too much! In my opinion: There should be an option for businesses with more than one licensed user to have access too, versus giving out my personal login so my partners can benefit from the same resource. Such as a link where up to two are licensed and covered and then the rest have to get their own subscription.

Fast and great service

What is the difference between PDF X1a 2001 and 2003?
There are 2 different PDF/X-1a flavors: - PDF/X-1a:2001 – such a file has to be a PDF 1.3 file. - PDF/X-1a:2003 – such a file has to be a PDF 1.4 file but it should not contain any transparency and JBIG2 compression should not be used to compress images.
What is a PDF X1a format?
PDF/X-1a is a strict subset of the ISO PDF specification with a series of printing-related requirements which do not apply to standard PDF files. These are done with the intent that the document will print exactly the same as when they were saved.
How do I convert a PDF to a PDF file X1a?
Convert to PDF/X, PDF/A, or PDF/E Choose Tools > PDF Standards. Choose Save As PDF/A, Save As PDF/X, or Save As PDF/E in the right-pane. Choose the location to save the file, and then click Save.
What is the difference between PDF x3 and x4?
PDF/X-3 is used for sharing when all files are based on device independent (color-managed) data. PDF/X-4 supports transparencies, so PDF-X/4 contains all data required for output without flattening.

How do I convert preflight with profile to PDF A?
