Organize documents into folders. In the document manager, click the Create Folder button in the toolbar. Select one or more documents (or folders), then drag them to the new folder. To select multiple adjacent items, Shift-click.
Reorder pages You can change the order of the pages by dragging them into a new position with your mouse. In the toolbar, click the page drop-down menu. Hover over the page you want to move. Use the drag bar on the left of the page name to drag the page up or down to its new position.

To create a folder, much like creating a folder for apps, tap and hold on a document. The various documents will then begin jiggling like what happens when you tap and hold an app to rearrange the apps on the screen. You will then be able to tap and drag a document onto another document and create and name a folder.
Choose Tools > Organize Pages or choose Organize Pages from the right pane. The Organize Pages toolset is displayed in the secondary toolbar. The Select Files With New Pages dialog box appears. Select the document containing the replacement pages, and click Open.
