Excellent and modern convenience I used PDF filler for just about everything- I am constantly needing to fax things and being able to do it digitally and get confirmation that it was received is great. Excellent Service I did the 30 day trial period and was very satisfied with the process.I used the product for about 10 different documents within a 2 day period. I forgot about the trial period and was charged for an annual subscription and was emailed the confirmation. I went online and requested to cancel the subscription due to not needing the product and received the cancellation with 5 minutes, very satisfied.

Click in your Word document wherever you wish to insert a Form Field. On the Forms Toolbar click on the first button to insert a Form Field into your document: Right-click on the Form Field and select Properties. Then provide a name for the field in the Bookmark section.

Text Form Field — Inserts a Text Form field allowing users to insert text, numbers symbols and spaces. To add a text form field place the insertion point where you want the field to be placed and select. Word will insert the field {FORMER} into the document. These field codes cannot be modified manually.
To set up those custom fields, go into the Info menu in Word, and on the right side of the screen click on the dropdown arrow next to Properties > Advanced Properties. In this pop-up, you can add the recipient field by name. Select text as the type, and the value. Click Add, and then OK.

A text form field allows users to enter text, numbers, symbols, or spaces into a form. With this type of Form Field, it is also possible to specify that the current date and time be inserted into the form. Place the insertion point to the right of the text, Name, in the form.
