PDFfiller was intuitively simple to use in creating an important document. I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review.
But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. Time is money in most professions and Real Estate is no exception. This program has saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation and has really simplified the real estate negotiation process. No having to print documents in order to amend them has resulted in more legible contracts and more neatly applied changes. Love it!

I only really have one complaint. When I use it to fill my PDF files, the pop up bubble gets in the way after I click a box so then I have to click somewhere else to see my next option.

ease of use could be a little better
The signature feature is wonderful. Tabbing around the form is easy. It makes signing documents very convenient instead of having to print them out and sign and fax or send back.
It seems like each time I try to do something new, it costs extra. Example is signatures. Only holds 3 signatures.

With some emails back and forth, I was very happy with the outcome of my communication with their team.
I saw another post about the high price tag after the free trial, that is true, maybe both buyers and sellers should look at monthly options for those on fixed incomes.
