Well I paid for the year then could not access a file I did the same day. Then I sent my accountant a file via attachment since he says "not technical" & could not open it in pdfiller file, so I sent as attachment so he could complete but he could not so he wrote it in now I have to complete it & paying him the same.

PDF filler has been a life saver! So many times I have been required to fill out documents that most would typically print out, fill by hand, scan, and email back. PDF filler has allowed me to save time by being able to fill out the forms digitally, tremendously increasing my productivity and turn around time. I had thought I had cancelled my subscription so was very surprised to get a notification from PayPal that I had been charged $96. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and the matter was sorted out, and a refund received, within a couple of hours. Friendly and efficient service, with no arguments. Very impressed.

Student charged 115€ despite cancelling free trial – very disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with my experience on pdffiller. I had signed up for the free trial, made sure to cancel it before the end, and yet I was still charged €115.20 for a full annual subscription without my consent.
I am a student, and this unexpected charge has pushed my bank account into overdraft, causing me financial stress. I never agreed to any paid subscription, and when I log into my account, it still shows as “free”, proving that I had cancelled on time.
After checking Trustpilot, I realized that many other customers are facing the exact same issue — this seems to be a recurring problem.
I have contacted customer support and sincerely hope they will resolve this quickly and refund me. But this situation is really unfair and unacceptable.

How do I open encrypted files?
Go to control panel, search “Certificate Manager” and then open it.
There, in the left panel, you'll see “Personal”.
Now, click on the Action menu > All Tasks > Export.
A certificate exports wizard will appear, and you'll need to click “Next”.
How do I encrypt a PDF to email for free?
Choose Tools > Protect > More Options > Encrypt with Password.
Choose File > Protect Using Password, and then choose Advanced Password Protection from More Options.
How do I password protect a PDF for free?
Choose Tools > Protect > Encrypt > Remove Security. Remove Security: The options vary depending on the type of password security attached to the document. If the document has a Document Open password, click OK to remove it from the document.
How do you decrypt a PDF?
Case 1: If a PDF file is encrypted, then you can't print secured PDF.
Step 1: Click on the Unlock >> Browse to provide the source path.
Step 2: Select PDF file and click to Open.
Step 3: Preview the Permission Status of the current document.
