Very Helpful Product
This product has been very helpful when a document only comes in PDF Form and I need to fill it out on my computer.
The layout is a bit confusing and the website is not easy to use. Sometimes the text of documents gets squished together.

I've been using this app to help me edit a workbook PDF that I am using for a course and it has been incredibly helpful. The only issue I am having comes to resizing text boxes, which can be rather cumbersome.

What do you like best?
Basically, it just works. There is no learning curve, no difficulties, no glitches. It is simple, does what it is supposed to do and more. I can merge sheets, sign docs, fill out forms ... everything that could otherwise be a hassle while working remotely.
What do you dislike?
It may just be my set up, but when I have completed the document on pdf Filler and click "save as," it downloads to my desktop as opposed to allowing me to set the folder of my choice on my hard drive. Not that big of a deal to open the download and 'save as' from there, but just a small annoyance.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I often receive documents piecemeal - one page at a time - or I get them back from different signors in different configurations. I love that I can upload them all at once, merge them right off the bat and have the combined document. I can easily rearrange the pages if needed too. Also, during this Pandemic, it has proved invaluable in getting documents easily executed when you cannot meet with signors in person.

How to Use the Adapt Approve Notification Feature in pdfFiller
The Adapt Approve Notification feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily manage and track document approvals. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Access the pdfFiller website or open the pdfFiller mobile app.

Sign in to your pdfFiller account. If you don't have an account, you can create one for free.

Upload the document you want to send for approval. You can either upload a document from your device or choose one from your pdfFiller account.

Once the document is uploaded, click on the 'Adapt' tab located at the top of the page.

In the 'Adapt' tab, click on the 'Approve Notification' option.

A pop-up window will appear where you can customize the approval notification settings. You can specify the email addresses of the recipients who need to approve the document, add a personalized message, and set a due date for the approval.

After customizing the notification settings, click on the 'Send' button to send the approval request.

The recipients will receive an email notification with a link to the document. They can review the document and either approve or reject it.

Once the recipients have approved or rejected the document, you will receive a notification in your pdfFiller account and via email.

You can track the status of the approval request by going to the 'Adapt' tab and clicking on the 'Approve Notification' option. Here, you will see a list of all the documents sent for approval and their current status.
