it does important essential legal functions in ways that work but are somewhat visually disorienting and that are provided through a user-insensitive, extortive pricing model.
The fact that PayPal has removed you from their approved subscription list may be entirely technical but it does not inspire confidence.

I would like to be able to make sub-folder with in sub-folders. I am going to have hundreds of documents/year, and that would make it easier to organize them.

With recent changes, it has become difficult to navigate in the application. Also the app is slow and hence takes too much time for us to work on it. Its a great app, but due to some changes made (may be) the end user is not happy.

I had such hassle trying to find…
I had such hassle trying to find something to edit my work PDF timesheets, then I came across PDFfiller & it solved all my problem, so easy to use & takes a fraction of the time to fill in my timesheets & email them back to work. I would recommend this product to anyone

Takes a lot of the manual work out of form filling and PDF generation.
User manual could use a bit more work - some features were not obvious as a first time user.

I signed up for their services during a free trial, but ended up not needing them. When I realized I had been charged for their services, I immediately emailed them and they processed the refund right then. I offered to pay for the few days that I actually had since it was really my fault, but they refunded the full amount.

Thanks for the one-time use
You acknowledged that people need a one-time use for. While this site was great, I don't need it in the near future. You made cancelling the subscription easy and not a giant maze of site's you need to navigate through.

How to Use the Adapt Comment Notice Feature in pdfFiller
The Adapt Comment Notice feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily manage and respond to comments on your documents. Follow these steps to make the most of this feature:

Open the document you want to work on in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Comments' tab located on the right side of the screen.

To add a comment, select the text or area in the document where you want to leave a comment. Then, click on the 'Add Comment' button.

A comment box will appear. Type your comment in the box and click 'Save'.

To reply to a comment, click on the comment you want to respond to. A reply box will appear. Type your response and click 'Save'.

If you want to edit or delete a comment, hover over the comment and click on the respective icons that appear.

To resolve a comment, click on the comment and then click on the 'Resolve' button. Resolved comments will be hidden, but you can still view them by clicking on the 'Resolved' tab.

To view all comments in the document, click on the 'All Comments' tab.

You can also filter comments by unresolved, resolved, or all comments using the filter options at the top of the 'Comments' tab.

To export the comments as a separate document, click on the 'Export' button located at the top right corner of the 'Comments' tab.
