After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.

I’m new to PDFfiller. Like the create document feature, although have to search and search for specific forms....Not easy to access. But do find PDFfiller beneficial, useful. Will continue to subscribe to this platform. Great for personal use as well as business use.

I love this app just wish when using the Text Feature, when filling in a form with white space, that you could move the text box if it is not aligned .

Good overall editing app
Multi function capability, I like the fact that it can enable you you edit your pdfs and then publish in various ways
Lot of the extra functions you have to pay extra for. Lot of the functions you may need you may have to pay extra for which is a turn off

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial,...
Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.

How to Use the Adapt Header License Feature in pdfFiller
The Adapt Header License feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily add a customized header to your documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Log in to your pdfFiller account. If you don't have an account, you can sign up for free.

Upload the document you want to add a header to. You can either upload a document from your computer or import it from cloud storage services like Google Drive or Dropbox.

Once the document is uploaded, click on the 'Edit' button to open the document editor.

In the document editor, click on the 'Header' tab located on the left-hand side of the screen.

Click on the 'Adapt Header License' option.

A pop-up window will appear where you can customize your header. You can add text, images, or a combination of both. You can also adjust the font, size, color, and alignment of the header.

After customizing your header, click on the 'Apply' button to add it to your document.

You can further adjust the position and size of the header by dragging and resizing it on the document.

Once you are satisfied with the placement of the header, click on the 'Save' button to save your changes.

You can now download or share the document with the adapted header.
