I like the form I'm using but the program is difficult to make several additional forms of that particular one. I'm doing it by erasing and refilling. Not sure if that is correct but I guess it is working.

It's been very good working with PDF Filler. Makes saving forms so much easier. I only have one complaint. When it comes to dates, I usually need to write it as year-month-day; but PDF Filler is already programmed as day-month-year so I have to keep on erasing dates and fill it out by hand, which is annoying.

Would like to see a better way to organize/save files for easier opening. Would like to see a way to convert files to PDF as well. No need to send a follow-up survey, your system won't allow us to complete it without having a Facebook or Linkedin account...we know our own e-mail address and it won't accept it.

Can you take the ADAM test online?
Students who take Health through Georgia Virtual School are eligible to take radar. Georgia Virtual School does not register students for this online assessment. Students must register and complete the online assessment on their own.
How long is ADAM course?
The radar course will take approximately 4 hours to complete. The radar course consists of four sections, or modules, each of which will take approximately 1 hour to complete.
How do I get my ADAM certificate?
Create an account.
Complete the ADAM assessment.
Print the completion certificate.
Take the certificate to the Department of Driver Services when attempting to obtain a Georgia driver's license.
Does the ADAM certificate expired?
o ADAM certificates don't expire. O It is recommended that you do not order more than once, or you will incur the fee each time you order.
How much is the ADAM test?
There is a $5 fee for each certificate you order. Please follow this LINK to request an ADAM certificate.
