PDF Filler is a wonderful application…
PDF Filler is a wonderful application for downloading common PDF forms (was really a boon during the recent tax season!). You can fill out the PDF forms electronically, save, and do whatever you need to with them- such as printing, sharing, etc. I love it!

How do I customize my QuickBooks invoice?
Launch QuickBooks. Click “Customers” in the main menu bar, and then select “Create Invoices” from the pull-down menu. Click the “Print Preview” button to see how your current invoice template appears when printed or sent as an email attachment. This can help you decide how you want to customize the template.
Can I customize invoices in QuickBooks online?
To begin, click the Gear Icon () and then select Custom Form Styles. From the Custom Form Styles dashboard, you can manage and edit templates for Invoices, Estimates, and Sales Receipts. While you can create multiple iterations of a form from a master, you can only apply one template at a time.
