What do you like best?
I mainly use PDFFiller to fill out and sign forms. The auto-alignment tool for text blocks is very useful. I found the PDF to Word conversion procedure very powerful.

The limit in the number of pages and the size of the PDF file often forces me to divide the PDF into several parts before upload.

Not a big deal if you're not a developer, but the price of using their API is kind of ridiculous! $149 a month, seriously? Why don't don't you offer a reasonable smaller plan developers trying to accomplish minor things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it possible in Zapier to send contracts for signing to Send Now, looks more legitimate to clients in my opinion for signing.

Easy to use for 1099 filings
Use for 1099s and other tax filings.
Used this product for 1099 filings.. simple and easy to use except for ability to make edits (address changes etc.) once filed.
Once a 1099 is filed, program does not make it easy to go back and edit a document. Also, any updated filings are charged another filing fee, which seems excessive.

Very easy to use
Very easy to use. Loved it. Struggled with editing sideways orientated text. Type replaced went a little wonky, it was for a quick edit to a a basic document, not an official presentation, in which case I might have required a more powerful editor.

Can a Lady Bird deed be changed?
Lady bird deeds differ from traditional life estate deeds in that the life tenant continues to have the right to sell or mortgage his / her home without beneficiary consent. In fact, the life tenant is even able to cancel the deed or change the beneficiary.
Can a ladybird deed be reversed?
That claim can only legally be pursued in probate court. Further, under the Deed title to the property passes to the grantee without needing to go through probate. However, if the granter during life exercises the retained right to reclaim ownership then the Lady Bird deed is canceled.
Can you revoke a Lady Bird deed?
You therefore retain full control of the property during your lifetime, and if you decide that you no longer wish to transfer your property to your named beneficiary, you can revoke the Ladybird Deed at any time and transfer the property back into your individual name.
