It has worked well. Minor issues that were easy for me to figure out. I wish there was a vertical line to assist in lining up edits needed on the documents once in pdffiller. Also it would be convenient to have an all document pagination - or if there is one, ease of finding it.

Click “Add Another Button” to create one more radio button. Enter a “Group Name” that will group the buttons together. A group name is used to uniquely identify each group on a PDF form. It is a good idea to use the same group name for both form and data fields to simplify the field mapping.
To make a radio button group select all the radios you want in a group and right click them. Left-Click the Wrap in New Radio Button Group. Under the Field Tab, Appearance select Square. Under the Button Style Hit Check.
If you have a group of check boxes with the same field names but different export values in the “Options” tab, you'll get exclusive (only one checked) results. If you want multiple check boxes to work independent of one another, you just need to change the field name in the “General” tab.
