Open the PDF form. Right-click on the form field > click on Properties > click General. Select Required. Click on Actions. Under Select Trigger, select On Blur. Select Run a JavaScript under Select Action. Insert the following text:
Open the PDF document. Click on the Forms tab > Form Typer. Expand Page 1 in Form Controls. Right-click in the field > click on Edit. Update the Field Name to match to the field you want to auto-populate from.
To edit a single form field, double-click it or right-click it and choose Properties. To edit multiple form fields, select the fields that you want to edit, right-click one of the selected fields, and choose Properties.
Create a conditionally formatted view Click the Main Menu icon in the upper-right corner of Adobe Workfront, or (if available), click the Main Menu icon. Click the name of a report where you want to create a conditionally-formatted view. (Conditional) If you edit an existing report, click Report Actions, then click Edit.
Enable the Auto-Complete option From the hamburger menu, select Preferences (Windows®), or select Acrobat / Acrobat Reader > Preferences (macOS). In the Preferences dialog, select Forms as the preference category. Under Auto-Complete, choose Basic or Advanced from the menu.
If you have a grid sheet with conditional formatting, all you have to do to generate a PDF with that formatting is to go to the File menu up top and select Export and then select Export to PDF.
To set a condition on a field in the drag-and-drop editing environment, right-click the field and select Edit, or double-click the field. The properties window opens for that field. Click Conditions to expand that section.
Create a custom action Choose All tools > Use guided actions. In the left pane, select Actions under ADD AND MANAGE, then select New action. To apply the action to a specific file or all files within a folder, select the File or Folder under Files to be processed.
