VA Documentation and Form filling.
I had some VA documents and forms i needed to type out and no way to fill them in online. pdfFiller to the rescue! I was able to easily fill out the required information and to have them submitted. I may be helping as a Veteran Services Officer here in Panama, and this will come in handy as I help veterans get their submissions in that is readable and neat. Really came through for me when I was charged a subscription fee. Being a small business owner, things get hectic. I had used it for my taxes and meant to cancel it but forgot. They cancelled my subscription and refunded the fee with no questions asked. Too bad it really wasn't a good fit for my business."

What do you like best?
I like that PDF Filler is user friendly and it's easy to navigate. I love that I can create a template and then just fill in what I need to for each customer and we can send them a form digitally for them to sign.
What do you dislike?
Occasionally customer's take a while to sign a document because they think it is spam.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use program. Creat templates you can use over and over which is great!

It's a fast, easy way to be able to send documents for our customers to sign without having to sign in person.
We have also been able to streamline some of our processes better by using PDF Filler to create documents.

Honest business practices
Like many other online products, they make it VERY easy to sign up, and not so easy to cancel. But once I found the correct place, they did allow me to cancel and refunded my money quickly. While the product did not fit my needs, the company appears to be legitimate and honest.
