I like the professional government templates available but the layout of the actual site is a little tricky to understand how everything works on it.

Very useful app for editing documents!
It is very easy to use on a desktop or mobile device. It eliminates the need for printing & filling in documents by hand!
I have not experienced any features that could use improving while using pdf filler.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. How do I log into my existing Gmail account?

How do I sign in to my Google account from another phone?
On your Android phone or tablet, open your device's Settings app Google Account.
At the top, tap Security.
Under “Signing in to Google,” tap 2-Step Verification. You might need to sign in.
Under “Tired of typing passwords?,” tap Add Google prompt.

How do I sign in to another Google account?

Yes You Can use multiple accounts in different Android Phones. It will also sync all your data in both devices. Both versions let you choose your sync settings on both devices, so you can still be logged in as the same Google account holder on both devices.

Click the gear icon while logged in to your Gmail account and select the “Settings” option.
Click the “Accounts” tab and select “Add Another Email Address You Own” in the Send Mail as section.
