It opens up pretty slow, and everytime I open a document the zoom is set to 134% and I don't know how to set it to 100% other than that the pdf filler is easier than others I've used and the other features work good.

I received an auto-renewal subscription for our organization that was initiated by a previous officer and simply emailed my request for a refund and cancelation. One form worked well, but on another one (SF-2823) it was impossible for me to change the font size using the instructions that were given in the description of the form. I tried for a couple of hours and got nowhere!

Excellent programme
Excellent programme, does exactly what you need it to. I'm very satisfied with it.The only reason I didn't rank it 5 stars, was because it is slightly slow to use, in that there are a lot of buttons and windows.It could be made to be more intuitive, and more straightforward.But nevertheless, it does do what I need! So no complaints.
