How do I add fields to a PDF form?
Choose a form field from the left pane. Once you hover the cursor over the document, a preview of the field field is displayed. On the page, select where you want to add the field to create a field with the default size. To create a field using a custom size, drag a rectangle to define the size of the field.
How do you add a fillable field in Foxit?
To add a form field to a PDF, select a type of form field button from the Form tab and the cursor changes to crosshair . Drag an area in the desired position to add the form field.
How do I add a text field in Foxit Reader?
Open the document. Select EDIT > Edit Content > Add Text tool. Start typing or paste text into the area where you want to add it. Choose the font format you want in the Font group.
How do I edit metadata in Foxit Reader?
In the Document Properties window, you can edit the metadata fields like: Title - The title of the document. Subject - Subject or keywords related to the document. Author - Name of the person who created the document.
How do I add a field to a form in Foxit?
If you want to add a form field at that position, just click on the auto-detected area. To create a form field outside the auto-detected area, drag a rectangle on the page where you want to add the form field. If you want to disable the auto-detection, deselect Designer Assistant in the Form tab.
How do you edit a fillable PDF?

When you open a PDF file under protected view mode, a bubble message would appear at the upper right corner of the document area as shown below. Click on Enable All Features to turn off protected view mode temporarily for the PDF file opened in current tab.
