If the PDF was made in an older version of Adobe Acrobat, or some other form of file editing program, Adobe may have an issue validating the signature, as the document is altered once Adobe opens it, with the signature. Certain Fonts, colors or images may cause this issue.
In the Forms menu, select Add or Edit Fields For the field you want to edit, access the context menu and select the Properties dialog. In the General tab of the Properties dialog, type a description for the form field in the Tooltip field. Repeat for all form fields.
Create form fields Open the document in Acrobat and select Edit > Prepare a form > Create form to convert your document to a PDF form. Choose a form field from the left pane. On the page, select where you want to add the field to create a field with the default size. Place the field at your desired location.
In the signature Properties window click Show Signers Certificate button. Following screen will be displayed once you click on it. Once you click on OK button, following window will be displayed. Click Ok button in the following window. Once the certificate validation is done, you will get the following approval.
Menu bar and toolbar are visible at the top of the window. A navigation pane is on the left and a tools /task pane is on the right.
When using validation, you limit the type of content or range of content that the data in the field must align to. If the validation isn't passed, a red warning balloon describing the validation rule is displayed. The form cannot be signed until the field is validated.
Navigate to, and select, the “Full validation” button at the lower right corner of the panel.
