What do you like best?
I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.

not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say

I like how easy it is to edit a pdf and change what you want or add what you want to it
I find it difficult to see how big or small the font is until I print it

PDF Filler is a wonderful application…
PDF Filler is a wonderful application for downloading common PDF forms (was really a boon during the recent tax season!). You can fill out the PDF forms electronically, save, and do whatever you need to with them- such as printing, sharing, etc. I love it!

The filling of the spaces in blank when there are squares are a bit tedious. One has to center the square and it is not always neat and aligned with the other characters one enters. It is slow.

I love this program
I love this program! I am able to easily create PDFs and sign them with a verified signature. It just showed me how to merge two documents into one. Great program!

Perfect for merging multiple JPG images into a compact PDF
This app / web page allowed me to easily merge six JPG image files (each 2550x3300 pixels, some included photos) into a single compressed PDF document that was small enough (7MB) to be easily shared as an email attachment. Did exactly the job I wanted it to!

Is a settlement agreement a final judgment?

Is a settlement a final judgment?
A judgment is an official designation entered on a court's docket that signifies that a plaintiff has prevailed in his court case against the named defendant. A settlement is an agreement by both parties to the lawsuit that resolves their dispute prior to trial.
How long does it take for a judge to sign off on a settlement?
Generally, it should take a week or two to get the settlement agreement to your attorney from the other side. When everyone has signed, your settlement must be approved by a Workers' Compensation judge, which can take up to two weeks. Once it is approved, an insurance company has up to 30 days to mail your check.
Why do most civil cases end in settlement?
Most civil cases are settled by mutual agreement between the parties. A dispute can be settled even before a suit is filed. Part of a dispute can be settled, with the remaining issues left to be resolved by the judge or jury. Criminal cases are not settled by the parties in quite the same way civil cases are.
What is a settlement out of court?
