When I started searching for a PDF to Word doc. a few days back, I downloaded 4 different trials and hated all of them!! They were not user friendly like this one is!! To anyone reading this, DO NOT waste your time researching other apps, you will not find anything better then this one! I use PDFfiller on an iMac which does not have Flash installed. The main problem I have is that some of the text I deleted in a PDF file using PDFfiller appears to remain in the file. After I save the file, exit PDFfiller, and reopen the file with PDFFiller, the text I deleted was actually deleted and no longer in the file. So these steps serve as my workaround to this bug in PDFFiller on computers without Flash.
I greatly appreciate the PDFfiller Help Team explains the reasons why the bug remains in the current version of PDFfiller, transitting from requiring Flash to not requiring it.
Furthermore, as a software engineer myself, I fully accept the reasons for this bug to remain in the current, transitional version of PDFFiller.

What do you like best?
I found out that I can not use papers in my work. I can take and use online forms, fill our them with PDFfiller and just forget about it.
What do you dislike?
I need much more tools than only PDF editing and sending. I also use RTF, Docx. Or sometimes I edit them in HTML. So, I need do use other tools too.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
My team saves insane big amount of time for working with papers. So, our productivity dramatically increased.

I love that I can use it on my phone via app and on my desktop laptop. I love how quickly I can signed my documents and also send via email and no when the receiptant downloaded my document. I also like I can faxes as well.

You can be able to merge more PDF's into one file
The reason to use PDF filler was I wanted to merge more files and I managed to do it easily the only problem is that the premium version is expensive to me.
