Had some trouble with billing and the customer service was right on it and took care of the problem. Software is good and being able to access various pre-made docs is very nice.

great I run a water and sewage restoration business and this had made it possible to do all my emails and bids in the field. This program has made me thousands of dollars. As a business owner with no computer traning and self taught to pick at a keyboard. I now can compete with the business who run 5 employees doing paperwork and emails. jI just started exploring for virtual Notary options. Too early to give a proper opinion.
This is when I signed up for a free trial, I do believe I also signed up for for your annual service, however, my queries for my Notary requirements are not CONFIRMED YET WHICH MIGHT CHANGE MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION COMITMENT. I also need confirmation on the forms I will be focusing on for Immigration and Passport requirements,
hope I get a response before I need to consider my annual commitment date BEFORE it is here!
I am available eastern time M-F 11a-1p and 5pm-9pm .

I needed pdfFiller for one time use so subscribed and immediately cancelled my subscription when I had finished. A month later I was charged $96.
