Draw your signature using your finger or a stylus. If you have access to a touchscreen, you can use your finger to create an electronic signature directly in your document. Upload an image of your signature. Use your cursor to draw your signature. Use your keyboard to type in your signature.
Log in to your PandaDoc account. Upload a new PDF by selecting New Document > Upload or select an existing file from the Documents tab on the right of the screen. Open the Content > Fields tab. Drag the Signature field to the relevant place in the PDF.
Change Signer Once you change a signer on a sent document, the document will be sent to the new signer as soon as you select 'Change and send'. The previous signer will be unable to access the document. At this time, you will not be able to change the signer for a recipient once they finalize the document.
Using CRM variables in titles Copy a CRM variable you'd like to insert in the template title. Open a template you use to create documents from your CRM and paste the copied variable into the template title. Create a document from this template via your CRM and the variable will be auto-filled with the field value.
Note: Open your document, then click Invite in the top right and select Recipient. If you don't have the recipient's record in your PandaDoc contacts, click Add recipient on the right, then enter their contact information. Alternatively, you can start typing the recipient's name or email address.
To switch between workspaces, select the workspace name at the top left > select another workspace from the list. Alternately, move between workspaces using shortcuts Cmd + K (on Mac) or Ctrl + K (on Windows) to activate the Jump to dialog.
Change account owner's role Go to Settings > Billing. Select Admin panel at the top left corner > Users. Next, select the account owner. On the right, select the workspace where you'd like to modify the account role. Select the role you need and hit Save.
Assign a field to a recipient First, select a recipient who needs to sign the document or fill or fill out some fields, then click on the field. A recipient will become a signer once a field is assigned to them.
