Outstanding Functionality & Customer Service
I tried several pdf editors in my search to save time filling out real estate forms. I was blown away when using the editor for the first time and I inadvertently closed my browser, all of my edits were saved and waiting for me when I returned to the site - even before creating a user account! Now that's nice!
Not only was pdfFiller miles ahead in its functionality and user-friendliness, when I cancelled my subscription because I no longer had the need - my money was refunded instantly and without question.

Payment issue dealt with swiftly
After both my cards being declined to register my subscription, I went onto the online support chat. Kara was super helpful and quick to deal with my issue - very professional and friendly. Their program is wonderful. I had a special project last year and it performed as expected. This year project over, subscription wasn't necessary but it automatically renewed. I cancelled it and within MINUTES customer support responded they were processing the refund. Exceptional customer support. I would highly recommend this service.

I initially thought that PDFfiller was a free tool. Even though they asked me for my credit card information with a free 30 Day trial I forgot about the same. When I got an email a month later stating I had been charged for the whole year I logged in and chatted with Customer Service. They were so kind as to immediately understand, cancel my subscription, and agree to issue me a refund. At the time of writing this, I am still awaiting my refund as I just requested the cancellation today - but I must say that this gesture was amazing by PDFfiller and this review is the very least I can do. Thank you for brightening up 2020 a bit! Amazing business ethic and professional courtesy.
