Its good for the most part - the downside is it doesnt open for me on the first try and it asks me to sign in everytime i need to print or save a doc. even though I pay for the service. Annoying that it doesnt recognize me when I use the app.

What do you like best?
I have been using PDFfiler for more than 4 years. It makes my pdf documents look professional. There is no longer a need to print a doc, fill it in with pen, scan, and send. PDFfiler reduces the amount of steps I have to take to get the job done. It helps to also have everything saved on the My Docs page. I can find the same tax documents I need month after month. PDFfiler also reduces the amount of paper needed to generate a document. I probably use PDFfiler every day.
What do you dislike?
I would like to be able to turn off the assisted pop-ups. They can obstruct the box I want to enter text.

I forgot to cancel my subscription and…
I forgot to cancel my subscription and got charged but my man Kurt came to rescue and flawslessly handle the support. In no time I was refunded even tho the mistake was on my side. I didnt need pdfFiller now but in the future. Thats the solution I would pick with no doubt.

What should I do with paper stock certificates?
If the share certificate is registered in your name, you have three options: Keep it in a safe place until you are ready to trade it. Deposit the shares into an existing brokerage account. Open a brokerage account and deposit the shares.
What is a good delivery of stock certificates?
Understanding Good Delivery To qualify for good delivery, stock certificates must be in good physical condition, be endorsed by the seller or seller's agent, and be delivered in the correct denomination that matches the exact number of shares to transfer.
How to issue stock certificates in a private company?
The company secretary is responsible for issuing stock certificates, but the certificate has to be signed by two directors. In some cases, one director signs along with the company secretary. Companies having only one director will have to invite a witness to attest the signature.
How to fill a stock certificate?
To fill out a stock certificate, you fill in the name of the shareholder, the name of the corporation, the number of shares represented by the certificate, the date, and possibly an identification number.
