I am glad to have this service available. The use is a little awkward ... hard to navigate between pages. Wish it was easier. I do like the ease of accessing and saving documents from the website to my computer.

What do you like best?
I utilize the feature for certificates of insurance. It’s very nice to have the mobile app to be able to use that when I’m on the go .
What do you dislike?
The way it saves documents or re-saves them or use as a template is very confusing . And not all of the options on the desktop version are also available on the mobile version .

User friendly and output file as your preferred file-type. What do you dislike? Need online access, sometimes struggling for no network access, helpful if you have the mobile apps for signing PDF Files. It is useful. Only thing I would like is for it to figure out what font I had on the document BEFORE I edit it. I have contract templates that I use that I have to edit sometimes and finding the font that will match that size and actual type is very difficult. i usually end up just dealing with whichever one I find. If there is a way to do that, please let me know via email.

What do you like best? I love the ability to create forms from both pdfs and word documents. But the link to fill feature is my favorite. It allows persons to complete a form by simply sharing a link. What do you dislike? The sign now feature needs to be better developed. I need the ability for one person to complete a form and then get it signed by others before being returned to me. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to cut down on printing cost, and have been able to reduce turnover time for gathering information.
