The PDF Filler worked great
The PDF Filler worked great. I only used it once and since I had no occasion to use it again, I cancelled. There were no issues with the cancellation. The charge was removed from my credit card. I am very happy with this product. I will order it again when I need it.

It is not that I was not satisfied with the program, it provided me with everything I needed to complete my work tasks remotely. However, I am on a limited budget and took advantage of the free trial opportunity. My intention was to cancel my subscription prior to renewal, but unfortunately I experienced a death in the family and was unable to cancel in a timely manner. I noticed the charge on my account today and immediately contacted PDFFiler customer support. Within 10-15 minutes of my request, I received confirmation that I would receive my refund. What is average resolution time?
